All of the projects are coordinated from the company’s headquarters in Florstadt, which is close to Frankfurt-am-Main. Having offices in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf & Darmstadt means that we are virtually on-site throughout Germany.
Dr. Silke Sittner
Silke Sittner is the sole CEO and a partner in NiSiPharm. She is a specialist in pharmaceutical marketing and pharmaceutical project management with 20 years’ experience gained from working in German-speaking countries as well as in global marketing and sales projects.
Silke is a veterinarian, has worked in veterinary practices, market research, pharmaceutical marketing and pharmaceutical management positions with budget responsibility (including Chiron and Novartis V&D). She founded NiSiPharm together Nils Matzen in 2008.
Barbara Käferstein is a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Disease Awareness and Patient Affairs. She combines profound medical and pharmaceutical expertise with extensive experience in project management. Barbara is a board approved pharmacist specialized in general pharmacy, and worked for 15 years in patient care in public pharmacies as well as in hospital care. Due to her scientific education and experience in Medical Information, she always has an eye on content and regulatory frameworks in addition to project management. Barbara pays special attention to patient-friendly language, while maintaining medical accuracy.
Melanie Stüttgen is a senior project manager and an expert in the areas of Strategy & Marketing as well as Business Intelligence & Market Research. She has 20 years of project management experience in local and global Marketing, Strategy and Communication projects. Melanie holds a degree in economics and completed her part-time studies as a morphological market and media researcher at the Rheingold Institute in Cologne in 2021. She has significant experience in the healthcare industry and is successfully responsible for Marketing / PR & Market Research projects in various therapeutic areas as well as for cross-company projects regarding Medical Strategy & HR / Development for our customers. In the past Melanie worked for more than 10 years in corporate market research at Deutsche Post DHL and as an in-house consultant for Corporate Development, Corporate Communications, HR and Marketing.
Jutta Reinke is senior project manager and expert in the fields of concept, communication and event.
Jutta has been at home in the world of (marketing) communication and event management for thirty years. Thereby she knows the specific challenges from various perspectives: On the corporate side, she worked for branded companies in the areas of PR, corporate communications and personal branding; on the agency side, she supported medium-sized enterprises and social campaigns; with her own agency, she designed and realized events and, as an agent, represented well-known artists and speakers. At NiSiPharm, clients benefit from her expertise in projects that focus on conception and realization of communication and events.
Birgit Weidhase is senior project manager and expert in public relations for the healthcare sector. After graduating with a diploma in biology, she focused professionally on the areas of communication and public relations. During various stages on the agency and company side, the healthcare sector with a focus on pharmaceuticals crystallised out as her personal area of interest and activity.
Birgit has been advising and supporting companies and institutions in their communication for more than 15 years. She is familiar with a wide range of indications as well as health policy issues and knows the regulatory framework.
Philipp Becher is project manager who specialises in campaigning and public relations. He is a graduate political scientist and he is characterised by his critical /analytical approach. He prefers to work at an operational level and he steers projects and the involvement of all stakeholders to successful completions.
Philipp has more than ten years of professional experience from working in agencies, associations and companies, most recently as corporate communications manager at Janssen-Cilag GmbH in Neuss. His diverse experiences give him a holistic perspective on national and international communication projects.
Eva Alhnef is a project manager who specialises in operational project implementations. She focuses on campaign and digital project roll-outs – preferably at a global level.
Eva holds a BSc in international business administration and she majored in marketing and event management. She is a certified medical sales representative and has already gained a wealth of experience from working in various brand and product management positions at international pharmaceutical companies.
Karin Amrosik is project manager and she supervises operative projects in the print, e-mail and online marketing sectors. She specialises in coordinating Veeva approvals.
Karin previously worked in the marketing department at a leading pharmaceutical company. She was also able to gain project management experience at municipal level through her geo-information and municipal technology studies.
Munia Lingemann is project manager and she has supervised a variety of operational projects in the disease awareness and patient affairs sectors.
Munia had a commercial education and has gained many years of office management experience. She is currently training to become a certified pharmaceutical representative.
Inge Goor is project manager with focus on event management, material creation, and quality management. As a paralegal, she has 30 years of professional experience with a renowned automotive group. Inge has already worked as a project coordinator and as a central point of contact and interface for communication for the sales representatives team of a leading pharmaceutical company. This gave her additional knowledge in the areas of contract and material management.
