It’s okay not to be okay.

“I’m sick…

… and for many, being ill means that it has to be visible. Sometimes it’s not so easy,” writes successful presenter, social media expert and journalist Louisa Dellert, who talks openly about her burnout on social media.

Take good care of yourself!
