A beautiful digital world?!

Once again, I made my way to the capital. In a completely analog way, by train, to attend a congress on digital health. Analog and digital still belong together. From September 25 to 27, the digital health world met at the “DigIT Pharma & eHealth 2023” congress.

My brief summary on the way home

All pharmaceutical companies are focusing on digital transformation:
Away from a concentrated push on all possible channels, towards an optimal customer experience – because indirect channels are also used to build a customer relationship and thus trust.

This means orchestrating customer journeys in such a way that sales representatives and customers are not overwhelmed, but receive relevant content at the right time via the preferred channel. Sounds simple, but remains very exciting.
