Resilience also works remotely

We can train so many things…

…running, thinking, better nutrition and, precisely: resilience.

Because we all need them now more than ever. And that’s why we have now completed a 10-week resilience training course with the entire NiSi team. Of course remote, that’s our basic attitude.

Health manager Tom Hennies* worked with us to shed light on important skills in multimodal stress management and health-promoting behavior:
– Optimism
– Assumption of responsibility
– Self-confidence
– Capacity to act
– Guidance

This enabled us to work together as a team to promote the activation of resilience factors:
for a healthy lifestyle, whether in a private or professional context.

Good for each individual. Good for the team. And ultimately, of course, good for the projects entrusted to us.
